Data Deletion Instructions

ClubFlow.io lets you delete your account and the personal information associated with it at any time. This page explains how, including for accounts created by signing in with Facebook.

Request deletion by email

Send an email to privacy@club-flow.io from the email address associated with your ClubFlow account and include:

• The subject line “Data Deletion Request”
• The email address (and, if applicable, mobile phone number) tied to your ClubFlow account
• If you signed in with Facebook, mention “Facebook login” so we can locate the linked record

We acknowledge requests within 3 business days and complete deletion within 30 days, as described in Section 8 of our Privacy Policy.

What gets deleted

• Your account, name, email address, and profile picture
• Your phone number and any associated Calcutta bidder records
• The link between your ClubFlow account and your Facebook account, and the Facebook profile data we received (name, email, profile picture)
• Sessions, authentication tokens, and login history

What we keep

To preserve the integrity of completed tournaments, the following may be retained in anonymized form after your account is deleted:

• Tournament records (scores, pairings, Calcutta bids, payouts) that involved other participants — your name and contact details are removed and replaced with a generic placeholder
• Aggregate and statistical data that cannot be linked back to you
• Records we are required to retain for legal, tax, or fraud prevention purposes

Removing ClubFlow from your Facebook account

You can also revoke ClubFlow’s access to your Facebook profile directly from Facebook: open Settings → Apps and Websites, find ClubFlow Tournaments, and click Remove. This stops Facebook from sharing further data with us, but it does not by itself delete the account you already created on ClubFlow — email us using the instructions above to complete the deletion.
